This morning at 11:33am, Ladder 49 was dispatched as part of the 2nd Alarm to a working fire in the City of Coatesville in the 300blk of S First Ave. Crews from Coatesville and mutual aid arrived with fire showing from the second floor of a two story home that is part of a strip with extension into another home.

The second alarm was requested to the scene and Ladder 49 made the response, upon arrival the crew put the aerial to the roof on the "C" side of the building and our crews assisted crews already on scene with opening up the roof area. Our crew was on scene for approximately one hour before being released. The fire was placed under control at 12:03pm
