EBFC was dispatched at 2:16am to Cyclemax in West Brandywine for a reported commercial building fire. Initial reports stated flames from the windows of the building. Captain 49 arrived and reported a 1 story commercial with fire outside of the building only.

After crews completed a 360 of the building it was determined that the exterior fire had not extended into the building. A pickup truck near the building was damaged from the flames.

Engine 49-2 arrived quickly and utilized the booster line to extinguish the fire. Ladder 49’s crew checked the building for extension. 30 EBFC firefighters remained on scene for approximately 25 minutes before clearing.
