On Monday afternoon August 14th at 4:06pm a house fire was dispatched to the unit block of Stone Ln in East Fallowfield. Crews were advised of a garage fire with smoke and flames showing from the attached garage. Deputy 44 (Scott) arrived on location and advised he had fire showing from the dwelling and requested the second alarm.

Ladder 49 and Engine 49-2 both made the response on the 2nd Alarm and upon arrival the crew of Engine 49-2 assisted with placing additional ground ladders around the home while Ladder 49's crew put the aerial to the roof and began to open up checking for any extension in the attic.

Crews from 49 operated for a little over an hour before clearing the scene.
