At 12:31pm on Saturday 12/16/2023, East Brandywine Fire Company was dispatched to the 1200 block of Belmont Ave in West Whiteland for a house fire. Station 6 units arrived to find a working fire in the home.

Engine 49-2’s crew assisted with fire suppression and searches while Ladder 49’s crew ventilated the roof. Company 49 was cleared after further assisting with overhauling.
