On Wednesday evening March 28th, East Brandywine Fire Company continued its' training series this time focusing on fire suppression with car fires.

Glen Moore Fire Company Deputy Chief Jeff Hannum and Lieutenant Craig Muller led the training session.

This is yet another area in which the collaboration between the two fire companies has proven to be beneficial.

According to Deputy Chief Hannum "Being able to share expertise has proven to be invaluable", " were able to capitalize on the strengths of each company".

Over the course of the evening firefighters focused on the following:

Apparatus Placement
Hazard Control
Hoseline Deployment
Hoseline Advancement
Exposure Control
Fire Suppression
Car Fire Hazards (ie Struts, Bumpers, etc.)
