The Witmer Conference Center (WCC) is a unique venue that focuses on providing professional meeting spaces for conferences, meetings, professional development programs, and special events. The WCC is conveniently located just a few miles outside Downingtown, PA. This modern facility, with its media-rich environment, provides the ideal setting in which to meet.

Guests to the WCC are welcomed by an easily accessible parking lot, a private entrance leading to a bright tower foyer with a dedicated staircase, and an elevator to the second-floor lobby and pre-function area.

Arriving on the second floor, guests are presented with the pre-function area, where you and your guests may gather in advance of any event. Several comfortable and modern seating areas are available for small intimate conversations and larger discussions.

Two individual training rooms are located just off the pre-function area. Close the glass doors to either a six-person or eight-person private training room, complete with glass whiteboards and large-screen presentation monitors.

For larger events, the meeting room can be set for many functions, like a large training event, small party, or gathering. Large windows generously allow natural light into the room, which can be controlled with our light filtering shades and full-room dimmable lighting to create the perfect setting. A large rooftop deck is accessible from this room, which can be used as added gathering space. The large meeting room comfortably seats up to 80 people. Your selection of training style or large round tables with chairs are provided. The room also hosts a sizeable, recessed projector screen with in-ceiling speakers.

An available kitchenette may be used for food set up or by a hired caterer. 

There is a water bottle filler and private restroom facilities on the same floor.
All areas are ADA-compliant.

High-Speed Wireless Internet is included.
