On Saturday, March 27th at 12:42 EBFC volunteers were dispatched to Horseshoe Pike & Corner Ketch Rd for a reported car fire. Initial reports were of the brakes of a Jeep on fire.

Captain 49 along with Engines 49-5 and 49-2 made the response. On arrival, the fire was already out but crews stretched a booster line and wet down the rear end of the vehicle and the brakes. Crews cleared within 10 minutes.
