On Wednesday January 17th, the East Brandywine Fire Company volunteers participated in their annual Officers Installation Ceremony.
The ceremony is an important event in the life of the Fire Company and helps preserve long standing fire service traditions.
The program highlighted the numerous accomplishments the Company achieved in 2023 and incorporated the Administrations vision for the future.
Additionally, attendees heard from two phenomenal guest speakers who provided a “connect to purpose” and spoke about their experiences this year when in need of the Fire Company services.
Special presentations were made by the Chester County Commissioners and Freedom Village at Brandywine (FVB). FVB then went on to make a $10,000 dollar donation to the Company.
The evening culminated with a “thank-you” to our 2023 Operational and Administrative Officers and the installation of our 2024 Officer team.
