On Monday evening 4/15/2024, at 7:39pm multiple companies were dispatched to the 100blk of Kaolin Rd in West Caln for a detached garage on fire. Police arrived on scene first and reported a detached garage well off approx. 30x30 in size. Chief 35 arrived a short time later and confirmed the PD report and also reported that the fire had extended into the house. Chief 35 requested the working fire dispatch at that time which added East Brandywine and several other departments.

Assistant 49, Engine 49-5 and Engine 49-2 made the response with 17 members. Upon arrival crews went to the scene and assisted with overhaul of the structures while Engine 49-5 assisted with water supply. Crews remained on scene for approximately 1 hour before clearing the scene.
